Unless otherwise indicated, the software that is used for our services or our website and is available on this, as well as the intellectual property (including copyright) in the content and applications on our web site property of Find-a-Fab, its partners or suppliers.
Find-a-Fab has the exclusive ownership of all rights, titles and claims to use (the entire intellectual property) (the look and design (including infrastructure)) of the website through which the service is available (including reviews and translated content). 11th copyrights on 3D data and designs Indemnification
Any copyright or other rights to the provided by the user 3D data remain with the user. The user is Find-a-Fab right to use created and forwarded 3D data so that it represented, and measured and passed to the selected Fabricators and can be produced there on behalf of the user. It is also Find-a-Fab and his staff allowed in the case of occurring error models to investigate as appropriate in. An independent forwarding, exploitation or production of models by Find-a-Fab is but but generally excluded without consultation with the author.
Find-a-Fab is not permitted, user-created 3D models in their own shops or in shops of third parties or through other distribution channels to sell, if the user has not expressly agreed.
Model data is stored for a maximum period of 30 days on the Find-a-Fab platform and then automatically deleted - any risks with model data remain however receive job information.
Where possible model data against unauthorized access by third parties are protected. Only after calculating moderate regulatory or judicial order is Find-a-Fab obliged model data and the corresponding points forward.
By submitting of data for 3D models of user Find-a-Fab assured that the 3D data and the design free of third party rights. Any copyright infringements be fully borne by the user. Also, the user guarantees that the contents of the 3D data and the virtual design of a model does not violate any other rights of third parties.
The user is solely responsible for the set in the area (in particular the 3D models, wallpapers, slogans, etc.). The user is responsible for ensuring that all set in his area third party content are free of rights and their use does not interfere with patents, licenses, rights or other rights of third parties
The user shall indemnify upon first demand from all demands and claims which are made due to the infringement Find-a-Fab. The user refunded Find-a-Fab all defense costs and other damages.Find-a-Fab has in this case against the user is entitled to an advance in the amount of the estimated defense costs.
The user is obliged to inform Find-a-Fab writing of any claims against him for infringement of third party rights in relation to the set in his field contents are asserted.

12 Others
These terms and conditions and the provision of our services are subject to the legal provisions of the German law and shall be interpreted in accordance with this law; all disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions and our services shall be rendered exclusively before the competent court in Bernkastel-Kues, contends.
Is or will any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, unenforceable or non-binding, all other provisions applicable to the contractor shall remain unaffected. In this case, the contractor replace the invalid or non-binding provision under the statutory provisions by a valid and binding determination that, given the content and purpose of this Agreement, insofar as possible, a similar effect as the invalid, not enforceable or non-binding provision has.
